Mississippi Enacts Counseling Compact

On March 16, 2022, Gov. Tate Reeves of Mississippi signed House Bill 1056 to enact the Counseling Compact. Mississippi is the fourth state to enact the Compact. The Compact will become active when 10 states have enacted the Compact.

Maryland Enacts Counseling Compact!

On May 18, Gov. Larry Hogan signed SB 571/HB 736, making Maryland the second state to enact the Counseling Compact. The Compact will become active when enacted by ten states. Georgia recently became the first state to enact the Compact.
