Maryland Enacts Counseling Compact!

On May 18, Gov. Larry Hogan signed SB 571/HB 736, making Maryland the second state to enact the Counseling Compact. The Compact will become active when enacted by ten states. Georgia recently became the first state to enact the Compact.
