In his role as Executive Director, Mr. Searls will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Counseling Compact Commission, driving its mission to help combat the issue of lack of access to mental health care. His extensive background in counseling regulation and work with interstate licensing compacts positions him as an ideal leader to guide the organization toward new heights of success.
Greg Searls brings his experience of working with multiple independent professional licensing boards in different professional fields to the role. His passion for public protection through access to qualified mental health practitioners and his ability to build strong partnerships will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success of the organization.
