On February 23, 2023, Governor Mark Gordon signed into law Senate File 0010, making Wyoming the 18th member of the Counseling Compact.
On March 13, 2023, Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders signed into law House Bill 1181, making Arkansas the 19th member of the Counseling Compact.
On March 27th, 2023 Governor Glenn Youngkin signed into law Senate Bill 802 making Virgnia the 20th member of the Counseling Compact.
