The Counseling Compact Commission (CCC) would like to welcome New Jersey (effective immediately) as the 32nd state to join the compact and South Dakota (effective July 1, 2024) as the 33rd. Legislation remains pending in 12 states, including California where it was most recently introduced. CCC will continue to provide information and answer questions as legislative work continues.
