Public notice is being given on October 14, 2024, per the Rules on Rulemaking, that a numbering error occurred in the adoption of the the Rule on Implementation of Criminal Background Check. The adoption language indicated it would be Chapter 4, however, Chapter 4 was already in use and it was corrected to be Chapter 6. If you wish to challenge the change as a material change, please contact the commission in writing within 30 days of this posting.
